Need Digitzier Replaced

i had have screen replaced once. apple store did free. 3 months later (i had rubber case on , smart cover on front) ipad screen cracked again.. in work bag.

ignore crack, screen keeps acting has been touched , opens random apps.

need reliable inexpensive 3rd party either: send ipad2 , have within 5 days, or place local philadelphia.

have options?
