Can't sign in MOBILE TERMINAL

i need help.. have download mobile terminal works ios5..
when type su
required put in password.. default 1 "alpine"
when type "alpine" says password incorrect..

try change password "passwd" command , can change password "alpine" "alpine123"..

when type password after type su says password incorrect..

can me??

i found tutorial on changing ios ssh password, still says default "alpine". perhaps yours else should protected whatever exploits rely on "alpine" default password.

guess reason never got around jailbreaking. never wanted assume responsibility keeping flotsam , jetsam off iphone , few tweaks j/b-ing nothing eye candy (to me).
