base 2011 iMac display issue...

hi,

i've got base 2011 imac here. on left side of display spanning full height of display, dark line/stroke. i've observed seems visible on dark colours (but not on pure black) , less visible clear colours invisible on pure white. (i have seen on start-up screen imac. don't believe it's pure white though.)

dealing here?
