Is it possible to install Win7 from USB ?

i downloaded win7 pro msdn site. file iso. able use tool ms create bootable usb stick iso file. cannot macbook pro see drive. ive tried refit , wasnt able see either. ive read macbook airs have ability create usb boot drives win7 using bootcamp assistant, not option when run it. running lion.

 

i not believe possible on macbook pro's. when downloaded iso ms website burned image onto dvd. far know, that's way on pro. there might few workarounds don't think worth effort.
