MBP Sorely Dissapointed, Me or it ?

ok, have joined macrumours, because every time doesn't work, when search, posts macrumours came up, joined.

why searching, searching because have macbook pro (7,1)that has become unreliable, getting point no longer trust work , because of annoying spinning beach ball, when appears, whole machine freezes , can nothing out of it, or save work prior turning off reset.

so, happening, machine or inability use ?

now, did read elsewhere symptoms similar mine others had reported others, further suggestion there less impressive performing chipset apple used in these machines , no longer uses, problem have, don't know.

right mbp sitting in corner frozen again load of work on can nothing except lose spinning beach ball happily spinning away , using type old vista disaster pc, more reliable despite computer being battered.

vistaster reason migrated mac , have learning disability, macs supposed better such users, on whole did find more intuitive, no if thing doesn't work, do ?

no genius bar in locale , no 1 consult , should happening such new looked after machine. fault first started 6 months ago , since has got worse, clueless , unhappy

can regards work lose , problem ?

stange you're having such issues, 1 of many hardware faults, best bet up, contact apple , explain what's wrong machine, can send courier if apple store or apple authorised reseller isn't close you, you'd without machine few days, they'd fix you.

if don't have backup hard drive can put machine in target disk mode (google how machine) , connect pc , transfer data over, you'd need hfs+ reader (easily downloadable) pc read mac hard drive.

1 other thing, please don't take wrong way, i've known new/inexperienced users see spinning beach ball , panic, have tried force quitting app that's causing freeze? or case of beach balls @ random app? (if app freezes, can use mission control select finder allow force quit app via apple logo)
