Application Loader issues in 10.7.3?

anyone else having issue using application loader in 10.7.3? 1.3 working fine under 10.7.2. updated 10.7.3 , installed xcode 4.2.1, uses app loader 2.4.1. error reading password keychain. next page sign in. see version of app loader incompatible version of os x. i've tried deleting keychain entry, re-installed xcode. tried applying 10.7.3 combo update. no luck.

 

same issue here too. please advise.
