i have excel spreadsheet approximately 1,850 rows long. in it, organization has list of email addresses opened our weekly newsletter. every week pull our statistics , copy , paste list of email addresses have opened week's newsletter excel document, meaning have few months' worth of email addresses, many of repeat or in "email address" column. i'd somehow list email addresses sorted frequency, can see how many times each unique email address has opened newsletter on last few months. example, if billybob@macrumors.com opened newsletter every week 2 months, list email address in 1 column , number "8" in column, signifying number of opens he's responsible for. because of high number of unique email addresses, can't search every email address , manually make note of it. suggestions!
