have mackbook pro (2010 version), , want clean trash on mac, old files stay on computer after uninstall of programs etc, computer isnt slower want think time clean trash , increase little performance , velocity searched programs , saw programs cleans important files, , people programs arent , shouldnt use.

you don't need "cleaner" or "maintenance" apps keep mac running well, , of these apps can more harm good. remove files/folders or unused languages or architectures, nothing more free drive space @ risk of deleting important.
