Appple TV As Mediua Center

currently using windows 7 media center run living rooom tv. works pretty good.

wondering if might work better me. have movies , music on nas downstairs, , hook apple tv in hard-wire. music in itunes, not problem. keep movies in folders titles film title, videos ripped video_ts folders (vob).

gonna work? also, watch shows on internest nova- go pbs.org in firefox , watch video stream. can similar on appple tv?

yes, it, need jailbreak atv in order view vobs. import of video content itunes if didn't want jailbreak. else better qualified answer question watching nova streams. i'm there addon in xbmc.
