Reliable External Hard Drive??

i cinematographer/film maker has tons , tons of gigs of video footage created each week. have tired couple different brands of external hard drives, somehow end crashing, , loose everything. keep telling myself time , time again not let keep happening me. lost total of 4 terabytes of data far. @ point
can avoid crash since hard drive failed mount, repaired , data still there. need buy new 1 don't know brand reliable. have mixed reviews. need reliable external hard drive 1.5 tb 2 if could. have tons of gigs of hd video, , edit on go laptop. wondering if knew of brand fit needs. carry around lot move place place. please appreciated. hard drive last more year , not crash on me. add price factor.. don't want paying $500. $200 or lower if possible please

 

personally have had great experience seagate external drives. own 3 , 1 2 years old , full old video files , pictures. lot of video editing also, in need external hdd. have nothing positive things seagate.
