Question mark folder problem

my macbook pro froze turned off , when turned on, folder question mark came , blinking. tried press option when turning on mouse cursor comes , nothing else, not folder. there else can do?

 

have tried of these steps?

mac doesn't boot

resolve startup issues , perform disk maintenance disk utility , fsck

troubleshooting: computer won't turn on

a flashing question mark appears when start mac​
