I need to code a game

hello everyone,
need code new app have no accsess mac. xcode being exclusive limits can do. thoughts appreciated virtualisation vmware impossible because pc's bios set permanently off. why hate pc. please guys!

 

if cannot mac, , pc cannot run osx under vmware, have no ability run xcode.

i'd @ buying mac mini, either used, refurb or new
