indesign/helvetica font not working

first off not sure if apple or adobe problem. did publication in indesign cs5 using helvetica. have helvetica on imac because comes installed on it. .dfont. when got o export says helvetica missing font , substitute it...do .dfonts not work in indesign or something? dont it....

there place can helvetica in different format since font comes installed?

have send project today , can not change fonts....thanks

 

the .dfont should work. try clearing font & other caches + system restart.
