Would I benefit from more RAM?

i'm considering upgrade 8 gb of ram, 4 gb sticks cheap @ moment.
mb pro benefit such upgrade? these stats after day of casual usage (mostly browsing, dealing office stuff etc.):
physmem: 878m wired, 1963m active, 903m inactive, 3744m used, 350m free.
vm: 211g vsize, 1092m framework vsize, 512419(0) pageins, 412(0) pageouts
thing i'm concerned rather low amount of free memory after doing practically no heavy computing. need quit running programs in order not experience slowdowns in aperture? on other hand, wouldn't take longer hibernate 8 gb of ram?

 

for £18 or $30 i'd it, regardless of low ram issue you're getting. simple install , make machine better.
