XCode 4.3 code signing changes: help

before xcode 4.3, used method submit applications app store:

-- compile application appropriate signing certificate configured inside application's build settings
-- distribute application app store or clients using xcode's built in submission process. when asked select signing certificate sign app, selected "don't resign", since signed in previews step.

however, "don't resign" option not exist in xcode 4.3. therefore, application resigned. has xcode become smarter , automatically determines if application signed , skips step if necessary, or badly surprised when try upload new version of app? (i can't test yet, since distributing ad hoc versions, , don't have access end use machines).

thoughts on this? has tried uploading application app store using xcode 4.3 successfully? if yes, method did use?
