Which iPhone '4's can be unlocked?

i have 3gs , want 4 untill new iphone released knows when. looking on ebay , craigslist, not sure if there firmware / baseband combos, etc... can not unlocked t-mobile in us. know can , can not unlocked?

iphone 4's baseband 1.59.00 can unlocked using ultrasn0w. (no hardware)

iphone 4's baseband 02.10.04 through 04.10.01 can used gevey sim believe.

iphone 4's baseband 04.11.08 cannot unlocked yet.
