IPhone Pictures are ALL blurry?

so al of pictures have been fine , when go @ them they'll blurry few seconds fine. took picture today , took picture fine froze of sudden. went go @ pictures , said there no pictures can go take on camera or download them itunes. went go @ pictures , replaced 1 of pictures took , beige color. looked @ them , blurry didn't go clear ones fine before. deleted pictures took it's still blurry! have iphone 4. should pictures normal? please me!!!!! thank you!!

 

are sure lens clean? have samples of pictures?jail broken ? restore clean..
