iPad 3 with Windows 7 iTunes Photo Library. Bug?

i not sure if others experiencing same issue am.

photo synching not working correctly ipad 3 windows 7 itunes photo library. unable synch photos. e.g. have tried synching multiple folders containing on 9k pictures, numerous times. 300 photos new ipad , other times less. have deleted ipod photo cache within folder. still nothing me.

have searched over. side note, able synch original ipad , ipad 2 photo collection. not new ipad. experiencing same issue? help! it's frustrating!


have latest itunes release well. restored new ipad factory settings , tried again. same result. why!??
