Macbook pro wont boot from disk

im trying clean install of mac on macbook pro 2011. on lion , reinstalling snow leopard disk readable actual os.

when boot using ‘c’ or pressing ‘option’ , selecting disk load apple logo on white background , stay until turn off holding down power button.

don’t have external hd @ moment boot form hard drive know of fix this?

 

is grey restore dvd, came mac?
, dvd show in system preferences > startup disk?
