Time Capsule & Internet Access

i encountered problem unable connect time capsule , did factory reset. after reset unable connect time capsule configure it. show in airport utility , wouldn't. ended connecting through ethernet cable macbook time capsule , able set up.

problem none of computers in house (a macbook, macbook pro, , hp) have been able on internet when connected network through wifi. have gotten them connect network, don't internet. however, macbook connected through ethernet cable has no problems , gets on internet fine. have reset time capsule several times factory settings , tried various different settings , types of security, no luck. haven't changed settings on of computers , restarted computers multiple times.

odd iphone able connect on wifi , internet fine. computers connecting through wifi have problems.

idea can causing this? how can fix this? thank you!

 

if factory reset believe clears set on wlan option.

have anytype of security password set on router or have security set on other wireless devices?
