Two Recovery HD partitions?

i installed lion on new partition, , reason when hold option select sl or lion installation, have 2 recovery hd partitions. shouldn't there one, , can rid of one?

lion recovery isn't specific install; literally has disk utility , ability download new copy of lion. can rid of 1 of them.
