Change iCal icon in Lion?

hey.

trying change ical icon have far been unsuccessful. having found old thread (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1008125), replaced .incs-file in following directories specific icon:

code:

  /applications/ical.app/contents/resources/app.icns  /applications/ical.app/contents/resources/app-empty.icns  /applications/ical.app/contents/resources/icaldocktileplugin.docktileplugin/contents/resources/app-empty.icns

unfortunately hasn't helped , program changes icon after open it. then, annoying date stamp planted smack in middle of icon. can please me this? else need change? possible?
