Problems on 10.7.3 since iPad 3 Keynote

hi,

ive been getting few little issues since updates releases after ipad 3 conference. of apps don't show in dock when load them put run. of ones locked in dock don't show orb under neither indicate running. expierencing utorrent , ps3 media server.

got ideas or had similar issues?

also, when watch video vlc player dock stays on top of video , have enable hiding

 

erm...ignore this. restart solved everything...doh!!
