music from Mac to 4s

i have loaded music disks itunes on imac. cannot them upload 4s.
had no problem iphone 3. did right before , i'm failure.
not doing correctly?

 

make sure correct sync boxes ticked music want on phone. connect phone via cable computer.


itunes should open , phone should appear in left hand pane.

hit sync button.
