How to Ready iPad for Selling?


i have ipad sale. if sell it, have clear apps, documents, music, movies, contacts, etc.

i'll getting gen 3, don't want have delete out of itunes.

help!
 

on ipad itself....settings>general>reset>>reset settings , data. make sure cloud or computer before doing so.
