Exporting an iWeb document as a HTML to send to somebody

i've been asked design website school, it's not going put online, it's test our web design skills. i'm unsure of following...

i've never used iweb before, before start creating site, have create folder , put media need site in it?

once finish creating site, how put site , contents on memory stick ready show teacher? in, how index.html file etc...

not sure how clear was, hope understand.
in advance.

 

click on site name in sidebar, choose publish folder. can publish directly flash drive, or use folder on computer , drag , drop flash drive.
