Strange Bluetooth Headset issues with calls

ok, have use bluetooth @ work. (i drive living , don't want ticket.)

if call out, using phones buttons, many times revert using iphone headset instead of bt , have click real quick.

and, when receive call, have answer headset, otherwise it'll go through iphone receiver.

have idea causing this?
