Copy/Paste a picture into Office Mac 2008/2011

would nice if knows solution following:

find right-click-copy on picture e.g. finder followed "paste" ms office (both 2008 , 2011) not work @ all.
can drag-and-drop, can "insert-picture...".
strangely enough, ms office on windows (at work) has no problem this.

there way working? setting in macos lion? can solved within office:mac?

parents (70+) love have functionality. moved mac , keep change simple possible.

 

double-click pic in finder open in preview, command-c copy , click on office document , command-v paste pic.
