Upgrade moved up today?

i've been staring @ feb 24-25 upgrade last several months , noticed eligible of today (feb 1). else seeing this, , iphone 4 owners upgrading or holding out next gen iphone?

 

this happened me well. 3 phones on account had late february upgrade date. noticed late last week 3 phone eligible upgrade (about 4 weeks early).

daughter used right away upgrade samsung solstice iphone 4s. waiting next iphone. lte , bigger screen on next phone.
