Plugged in but says not charging.

i have 15 inch used mac book pro , i'm comfortable it's still new me. question charger.

when plug in, orange light comes on says it's not charging. see pic:
as can see, it's plugged in says not charging.

after minute, changes this:

89% 19 minutes battery life??



...................

however, if unplug charger, changes this:

now have 2 hours , 25 minutes of battery life.


i've unplugged charger, shut down computer, took out , reinserted battery nothing changed.

then okay, second screenshot shows mbp charging (see, says power source in 2nd , 3rd screenshot) , 19 minutes time left charge rest of battery.

have flunky charging experience too, 2009 mbp same yours.
