iPhone 4S - Silent switch feels weird

this 3rd replacement iphone 4s now. on device silent switch feels weird. if put light pressure on it, stuck in middle , doesn't feel right when move , forth.

has else noticed this?

nope, i'm on 2nd iphone 4s , had 3gs before , mute switch on both of 4ses has been excellent , feels clicks nicely between on , off.

maybe take yours apple store compare, or compare friend if possible.
