Changing response to swipe gesture in multitasking tray

when have 4 or less icons in multitasking tray , swipe left see if have more, move bounce indicating no other open apps. there way change number of open apps make tray respond way? reason want because have springtomize 2 , have set show me 5 apps on each open page of multitasking tray means when have 5 open apps still go next page when swipe left page empty. if have 4 open apps bounce back. can set different maximum number of apps cause animation?

 

any ideas?
