Genius Bar Worthless!!

having problem icloud syncing contacts correctly between iphone 4s, ipad2, , outlook 2007.

apple care not able solve on phone.

made appointment @ genius bar after describing problem. apple store representative assured me person made appointment knowledgeable icloud.

"genius" did not know beyond setting email account, turning on wifi, etc. said not many 'technical' questions.

"genius bar" answer - "if doesn't work, don't use it"

complete waste of time.

fair, icloud thing still bit wonky around , can confuse best of us.

still don't trust more syncing calendars , contacts. starting move away because isn't working , does.
