Caps Stuck

why caps key stuck __ now?

touch single cap , sticks give me caps until decides otherwise. understand light tap vs holding tap , doesn't me turn off caps.

happening on macbook , 1 of problems thought random (probably hard drive going), after having files , programs moved new macbook pro, problem occurs here.

ideas on how caps key it's supposed do?

tried search info in forums , had no luck .... far many results without of them dealing subject

 

are referring shift key? or caps lock key above it?
