Just installed a SSD need help

hey guys have tried searching haven't been able come information need.

installed ssd optical bay slot using data doubler , have formatted drive.

sort of @ loss how should go making boot disk of applications on it. i'm hoping can use time machine backups don't have go , re-install everything.

know awfully newbish question appreciated.

 

data doubler waste of money

easiest thing copy old hard drive. if old hdd in hd bay still , ssd in optibay (or otherway around doesn't matter) startup mbp always, download carbon copy cloner web , copy hard drive.
next need shutdown , boot ssd. delete on old hdd ergo format it.

more time consuming solution (if old hdd empty) reinstall osx. depending on notebook there different ways.
online lion (takes forever)
install discs - if not obvious how works search google
or install flash drive -> google
