New 4G iPad only supports LTE in USA?!

after buying ipad 4g (i'm uk). i've learnt uk using 4g lte on 800mhz band , new ipad supports 700 , 1200 mhz. not seem there hope of using 4g lte in uk in future on new ipad?

apple made different versions of 4g usa networks maybe should have made 800mhz compatible version since used in europe?!

 

3g work in usa not lte.
