Photostream deleting photos after 30 days - NOT!

i thought photos on photostream self deleted after 30 days - , if wanted keep them should download them device.

photos in photostream folders ( on iphone 4s , in iphoto ) remain.

gives?

 

the 30 day limit doesn't seem in place yet 1000 photo limit sure.
