ok, i'm idiot.

wanted refresh macbook pro.

spoke friend , didn't listen properly.
2 days went , decided follow instructions gave me

instead of formatting harddrive remove off , still have working mac i...

reinstalled osx lion (already have os)
when booted realised files still there
formatted harddrive
, attempted reinstall lion (god knows why ...)
failed
tried same thing again
failed, got 48 minutes remaining , switched 5 hour , 47 remaining.
left 6 hours no movement or change.

thought i'd install snow leopard os, , redownload lion th app store, apparently harddrive didn't snow leopard anymore , wouldn't let me install harddrive weird error message.

come senses , restore time machine backup
100% successfully, computer restarts... 2 hours later i'm still @ apple loading screen... know ridiculously long post, , know i'm ridiculously stupid, please anyone, help?!

first of all, no need call idiot making honest mistake or series of increasingly severe honest mistakes. sounds 3 attempted os installs removed working machine. @ point, did ever make lion recovery usb stick? if can install lion scratch on freshly formatted macintosh hd , "migrate" time machine backup. if never made lion recovery usb stick, if lion recovery partition still there, hold ctrl during boot, boot it, go disk utility , format macintosh hd install lion , sit through internet recovery if necessary , once again "migrate" recent time machine backup.
