Hellllpppppp!!!

if me, might give first born! i'm distressed, frustrated, , desperate...

other night on iphone (3gs) , shut off. tried manually turn on nothing happened plugged in. when plugged in, happened white apple appeared , stayed put. tried holding power button , home button reset , did...but screen prompting connect itunes came up. once connect itunes, states iphone in recovery mode , must restored. when unplug power source, screen goes black , until hook charger, stays way. have tried on , on try normal without restoring it. have majorly fallen behind on backing (yes, hard lesson learned , trust me, regularly)...but have many pictures, many paid downloaded apps , songs, contacts, , sentimental messages kills me lose.

ask apple geniuses out there if know of tricks or remote possible fixes attempt before succumbing restoring iphone factory settings. try save saved on iphone.

try kicking out of recovery using tiny umbrella or redsnow?
