fieldfolio does not seem to fit new ipad

the fieldfolio not seem fit new ipad well. website says fits perfectly, not believe case. , i'm having trouble getting refund, because item open.

can confirm portenzo case fits new ipad, , auto sleep/wake function works?

case binding loose , sleep-wake feature not stable on mine (the ipad wakes while in backpack , when go use battery drained)

sent email after email after email trying replacement fieldfolio

not. one. email. returned.

chalked 70 dollar loss. 1 of worst companies have dealt , saying alot 1 of "lucky" few dealt portenzo's idiotic shipping problems.

if warn on here would. stay away fieldfolio!
