Brand new MBP trackpad won't click

i received brand new 15" macbookpro in mail today , trackpad doesn't seem working. looks me it's stuck down (clicking part isn't flush rest of body). can't past second setup window, first setup window allowed me use enter second window gives me error beep when try press enter. suggestions other bringing in store?

 

the trackpad fastened tight @ top clicking mechanism @ bottom only. think of it's hinged @ top.
