Apps gone after update!

i have updated ipod touch 5.0.1 , of applications lost. happened? way bring them ? heeeeelp!

 

did update 5.0, or ios 4? because, think when upgraded ios 5, part of installation process deleted apps , reinstalled them , settings. have disconnected before installation finished?

have @ thread. don't know if it's same problem or not it's worth look.
