hi,
in country found 2 resellers sell mac mini bracket mount under desk, cost fortune (80 usd). saw on amazon, charge because switzerland not in eu.
anyway figured build own. after sketching ideas, went metal retailers , didn't sell wanted, decided go hardware store , let creativity go.
had different options, wasn't planning on drilling hole, want mount on under desk double sided tape have @ home.
ended buying:
2x l-shaped metal piece 200x40 mm / 1.50 usd each
2x l-shaped metal piece 40x40 mm / 80 cents each
wanted u-shaped 1 didn't have it, , if have had longer 280x40 have bend it, 200x40 longest had.
screws , bolts had @ home, used m4x20 ( shorter m4x10)
long l-shaped metal piece, got use work free, i'm guessing cost 8 usd. (800x6x3.5)
measured off 2x 220mm pieces , took saw...somebody gonna pissed when see did garden chairs.

next thing i'm going ensemble mac mini gonna "stand" on.
put tape around it, don't scratch mac when put in etc. said screws long, have sawed them off, i'm not going see under desk...
how looks finished, after 10 -15 min of work. know doesn't great or professional, cool thing if ever need add new stuff instance external drive, can add on this. l-shaped thingy , add on, or put on top, lego build set.
these tools used
forgot add tape, , expensive part of all, of course have drilled hole have been cheaper, can't drill in desk.
how looks now, after spending 5 min sticking , sliding mac in
hope enjoyed diy , not nicest way, fast , cheap.
in future might add bracket it, can put external hard drive on there too.

using incipio ngp ipad 2. fits well. don't love it.
have casecrown gliders on old ipad 1's. low profile, slim, , lip stayed in place when holding 1 hand. i'm guessing nobody makes these types of cases anymore?

a lot of people here, myself included picked belkin snap case best buy. seems cover readily available in store far.

i posted while ago, , thought had solved problem, it's , worse ever!
have macbook pro 2.66 ghz core 2 duo. after upgrading lion, getting hung up, having quit safari , mail. couldn;'t that, i'd have force reboot mac.
on previous thread suggested running disk utility-repair disk permissions. did that, , seemed work. problem back. i've been trying run permissions verify before repair permissions, , it's been running several hours now. can't right can it? remember case previously, , wound running repair permissions time.
whew. help?!

i'm having problems java buttons , in browser issues.
upgraded lion - had same problem in sl. hoped upgrade might overwrite or restore settings i've changed @ point.
screen shots below.

console screen shot happens when click vuze button. (you can ignore mouse error)
suggestions? should suck , re-install entire os scratch?

hi, wonder if can me solve puzzle. have 2006 macbook pro, running snow leopard latest version, virusbarrier x6 , mackeeper. use safari browser. powered mac yesterday morning,it took little longer usual when had desktop visible noticed many more apps had been added dock. had reset email account, , had new homepage???? first thought virus, run vb days,and keep updated regularly. ideas anyone? grateful know happened.

is there reason why icloud , dropbox's functions seem limited on ios devices?
dropbox, can view, not edit documents. so, have first open them appropriate iworks app, afterwards, save dropbox, have email myself, open in dropbox.
icloud, need first upload files icloud.com imac. there osx app opens folder me work from, dropbox?
same notability. can open pdfs dropbox (which take forever sync, , limited 2gb), not ibooks. think 64gb of storage in ipad, match made in heaven, no.
don't me wrong - apple products, of engineering decisions have me scratching head bewilderment. why deliberately hobble own products much?
or overlooking something?
