iPhone 4 upgraded to iOS 5.1 and lost WIFI

i upgraded iphone 4 5.0.1 5.1 last night , cannot connect wifi in house. else has problem?

 

after upgraded iphone 4 upgraded 5.1 dropping wifi connection in office. first time made me put password in. let me manually reconnect without password second time.
