Apple and Other Mobile App Distributors Agree to New Privacy Policy Notification Standards

california attorney general's office today announced apple, google, , other companies running mobile app marketplaces have agreed implement new standards notifying users of privacy policies associated apps offered in stores. provisions require developers of apps collect personal information include privacy policies app sthat can viewed directly store before downloading apps themselves.
