i have iphone 4 sync apps icloud , itunes. want stop synching itunes when uncheck option in itunes message warning me "are sure dont want sync apps? existing apps , data on iphone removed".
if uncheck synching apps in itunes mean once sync done apps on iphone gone , if how them icloud without having restore backup?

if go app store in phone, in update section u see in top purchased option. downloaded either free or paid games, apps ull see there.
