Touch pad settings?

hi - installed windows 7 on 2011 macbook air , wondering if there setting adjust sensitivity of track pad. when scroll using multi-touch, fast scrolling (web pages)(in folders). cant seem find setting it, in windows or bootcamp. anybody?
