Jailbroken iPhone cannot open apps full screen. Need to remove cydia app. *HELP*

downloaded "my profiles" cydia , screwed iphone. main problem every app open including settings opens in tiny window. can't ssh because don't know ip address since can't turn on wifi. i'm in serious need of help. macrumor friends , dear family. me please. every app open looks this:

is there way can force phone safe mode? tried 10 hard resets.
