5.1 Conference call bug?

wirelessly posted (mozilla/5.0 (iphone; cpu iphone os 5_1 mac os x) applewebkit/534.46 (khtml, gecko) version/5.1 mobile/9b179 safari/7534.48.3)

in phone app went add call.
when address book came tried type in name.
when touched search box screen went black.
else seen this?
on iphone 4s

 

also 5.1 on 4s. not jb. able type , add second call.
