Create AAC Version Greyed Out

hey, i'm trying create custom ringtone phone , "create aac" version greyed out. know how around this? why grayed out?

i'm thinking because not imported aac file. cannot mpeg audio files either. anyway, might explain issue. create aac ringtone video and.. convert help
